USC added another big piece to their 2024 recruiting class last Friday with OG Blake Franks (6-5 310) of Greenville High committed to the Gamecocks over Clemson. This was a back and forth recruiting saga with first Clemson and the USC holding the edge. Several late visits prior to the decision seemed to push the Gamecocks over the top with Franks.
