#STRecruiting Notebook 3-22

USC and Texas A&M are the two schools standing out the most right now with CB Zy’marion Lang (6-2 170) of Palmetto, FL. He visited the Gamecocks last weekend and plans to visit the Aggies at the end of the month. Lang attended a USC camp last summer and that’s when he really grabbed the attention of secondary coach Torrian Gray. “”At the camp I played DB at first, and I cut everybody in one-on-ones, and I got my office from there,” Lang said.  “Ever since then our relationship with the coaches has been good.  They like me at corner.” Lang said his speed is what really impressed Gray and was impressed by the fact the Gamecocks are sending corners to the NFL. “It’s good to see that.  They all work the same and they all look the same.  It’s a good program.” Lang said he’ll return to USC in June for an official visit but has not yet set his date. Wisconsin, Kansas State, West Virginia, Pitt, Boston College, Kansas, Cincinnati, UCF and Miami are some other offers.
