Erik Bakich is ready to go to work with his first Clemson baseball team. Bakich was hired to replace Monte Lee and a highly successful stint at Michigan. He returns to Clemson where he spent a short time working with Jack Leggett, and now he has Leggett back involved with the program. Bakich takes over a team that went 35-23 but missed the NCAA Tournament last season. In fact, the Tigers missed the postseason the last two seasons.
Bakich joined us on SportsTalk Wednesday night to preview the start of pre-season practice on Friday.
