
Chase Hunter knocked down a career high four three-pointers on his way to a 20-point night, and Alex Hemenway scored a career high 18 points to lead Clemson past Upstate 81-70 Tuesday night at Littlejohn Coliseum. Breven Galloway added 15 points and PJ Hall 13 points for the Tigers who improved to 2-1 on the season.
Clemson snot 56% for the game including eight three-pointers. The Tigers also won the battle inside outscoring the Spartans 44-30 in the paint. Hunter Tyson led the Tigers in rebounding with 12.
Clemson is back in action at home Friday night against Bellarmine.
