#Gamecocks feeling no loss in confidence coming off back-to-back SEC losses (AUDIO)

Spencer Rattler remains firmly entrenched as USC’s starting QB (Ryan Bethea)

Saturday’s afternoon loss to top-ranked Georgia had to be a humbling experience for USC players. They had played a competitive game the previous weekend at a top ten Arkansas team, and now they had the chance to measure themselves against the defending national champions. Unfortunately for the Gamecocks, they came up very short in a game that was never in doubt for the Dogs.

Now, the Gamecocks get a break from SEC competition and will face a G-5 team in Charlotte this Saturday and an FCS program in SC State the following weekend. The season is still young, wins are still out there, and the USC players who met with the media Tuesday showed no signs of giving up on the season.
