USC offered 2024 RB Jordan Marshall (5-11 195) of Cincinnati. Some of his other offers are Tennessee, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio State, Indiana, Purdue, Michigan State, Missouri and Minnesota. He camped at Ohio State, Notre Dame and Tennessee and visited Michigan State earlier this summer. Last season Marshall rushed for 1155 yards, had 427 receiving yards and scored 22 touchdowns.
LB Lewis Carter of Tampa, who made Clemson one of his June official visits, committed to Oklahoma.
The USC women are in the top six with 6-2 Chloe Kitts of Daytona Beach. The others on her list are Duke, Louisville, NC State, Arizona and Oklahoma.
The daughter of former USC star Ryan Stack, 6-5 Riley Stack of Wren, committed to Coastal Carolina.
Clemson landed a commitment from RHP Chance Fitzgerald (6-2 195) of Sanford, FL who had been committed to Florida State. The Tigers’ new pitching coach Jimmy Belanger previously was at FSU.
