6-6 Julian Phillips of Blythewood, who attends Link Academy in Branson, MO announced a decommitment from LSU Friday in the aftermath of the firing of Will Wade last week. Phillips was named a McDonald’s All-American this season. When he made his commitment to the Tigers October 8th, Phillips also had Southern Cal, Florida State and Tennessee on his short list. He also took an official visit to Clemson during the early recruiting process.

WR Jonathan Paylor of Burlington NC plans to visit USC April 2nd.

USC target RB Treyaun Webb plans to name a final five next Friday. He visited USC earlier in the week. He’s also been to Florida and Georgia. He’s already planned official visits this summer to USC, Baylor, Arkansas and Penn State.

USC offered 2024 DE Dylan Stewart (6-5 220) of Washington, DC.

2024 OT Nicholas Reeves (6-4 280) of Warner Robins, GA plans to visit USC Saturday.

LB Winston Berglund of Carmel, IN plans to visit USC Saturday. He was at Wake Forest Thursday.

ATH Zyeir Gamble of Sumter plans to visit USC Saturday.

2024 WR/CB Troy Stevenson of Phillip Simmons was offered by Notre Dame.

Clemson and USC target 2024 QB Jadyn Davis was offered by Michigan State.

USC and Clemson target TE Reid Mikeska also visited North Carolina this week.

LB Troy Ford of Savannah, who has an offer from USC, plans to announce his commitment decision Tuesday.

Clemson target LB Grant Godfrey was offered by Maryland and Duke.

Clemson target QB Christopher Vizzina was offered by South Florida.

Clemson target SAF Moussa Kane visited Wake Forest Friday and will be at Duke Saturday.

RB Jeremiah Cobb, who visited Clemson last weekend, visited Auburn Friday.

WR Creed Whittemore, a recent visitor to Clemson, was re-offered by Florida. He’s a Gator legacy.

USC target 2024 QB Dante Reno was offered by UCF.

Northwestern WR Elijah Caldwell was offered by Duke.
