The Clemson football team is wrapping up its second week of spring practice in preparation for the annual “Orange and White” game on Saturday, April 9th at 1pm. Periodically throughout the spring, members of the Clemson staff have been made available to the media to discuss how well their particular group is progressing.
Recently, newly minted offensive line coach Thomas Austin and cornerback coach Mike Reed stepped forward to detail what they’ve seen from their units. Reed has taken on the additional responsibility of handling the Tigers’ special teams, a task he says is, “a blessing, and a challenge.” Though he was quick to point out that he loves the extra workload.
