Clemson spotted Indiana a 4-0 lead then scored the next 19 runs for a 19-4 win at Doug Kingsmore Stadium Saturday night. The Tigers have opened their season by taking the first two games of the series with the Hoosiers.

The Tigers tied the game with two runs in the third and two runs in the fourth and took the lead with a pair of unearned runs in the fifth. A seven run sixth inning, on just two hits, put the game away for the Tigers who benefited from 16 walks and 6 hit-by-pitches in the game.

Max Wagner had the only homerun for Clemson, and Caden Grice extended his hitting streak to 10 games dating back to last season. Geoffrey Gilbert earned the win with two innings of relief. He allowed one hit, no runs and struck out four.

The series will conclude Sunday afternoon.
