Top ranked USC jumped to a 19-3 lead at Florida Sunday afternoon and cruised to their 14th straight win over the Gators 62-50. The Gamecocks extended their current winning streak to eight games and are 20-1 overall, 8-1 in the SEC.
The Gamecocks led 45-17 late in the third quarter. The Gators went on a 13-3 run to cut into the lead but USC was never in serious jeopardy.
Aliyah Boston recorded her 14th straight double-double with 13 points and a season high 19 rebounds. Zia Cooke added 11 points.
USC returns home for a Thursday night game against Alabama.
