LB Jaishawn Barham of Baltimore plans to announce his commitment Saturday at 3:00 PM. He’s choosing from USC, Oklahoma, Maryland and Penn State. He took official visits to all four with the USC visit taking place in September. He also made unofficial visits to USC and Penn State in June. USC defensive ends coach Mike Peterson has been the Gamecocks’ lead recruiter for Barham and has been up to see him the last two weeks. And according to 247Sports, USC head coach Shane Beamer is scheduled to visit Barham Thursday, as is Maryland head coach Mike Locksley. Penn State head coach James Franklin was in for his visit last week.
USC target WR Camden Brown of Fort Lauderdale had his in-home visit with Pitt Wednesday night. He was once committed to the Panthers. He plans to visit Georgia this weekend and plans to sign next Wednesday.
LB Zay Peterson, who is from Hartsville, is transferring out of Louisville. He played in 13 games in two seasons and had 11 tackles. He played his senior season of high school football in Clayton, NC. He did not draw much USC or Clemson interest coming out of high school.

Deep Snapper Zach Champagne of Oceanside Collegiate committed to Morehead State.
Lakewood product James Wright, who was a freshman linebacker at Kansas this season, announce his plans to transfer.
