Dabo Swinney: Sunday Night Conference Call (AUDIO) #Clemson

Dabo Swinney confirmed on Sunday that offensive lineman Matt Bockhorst is done for the season with an ACL tear

After dropping their third game of the season on Saturday, the Clemson Tigers are unranked in both major polls for the first time since 2014. And for head coach Dabo Swinney, that’s the least of his worries.

The Tigers head coach held his Sunday night teleconference to recap the 27-17 loss at Pittsburgh, but to also paint a “glass half full” picture for the stretch run of the season. Swinney detailed the numerous injuries that have besieged his team, including two more notes from Saturday’s game. Offensive lineman Matt Bockhorst tore his ACL and is done for the season, while tight end Braden Galloway has a shoulder separation and his year is most likely done. That brings Clemson’s injury report to fourteen players that will miss the remainder of the 2021 campaign.
