Clemson baseball coach Monte Lee Monday morning held a press conference to review the just completed season, a season that ended earlier than normal for Clemson as the Tigers missed the NCAA Tournament and suffered their first losing season in 64 years. Lee has taken full responsibility for the down year, though he has also noted the impact of Covid and injuries on the season. He is focused now on recruiting and rebuilding the confidence in his returning players, and he feels the Tigers will be in a much better place come the spring of 2022.
