One of the top prospects nationally to visit Clemson last week was DE Jihaad Campbell (6-4 220) of Sicklerville, NJ and IMG Academy in Florida. Clemson has been among his favorites from the start along with Ohio State, Georgia, Florida, Penn State, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and Rutgers.
He’s a four-star prospect and ranked the #7 edge rusher nationally, and the #18 prospect in Florida in the 247Sports Composite. Last season he totaled 45 tackles and 7 sacks.
Campbell along with his mother, uncle and two brothers spent two days on the Clemson campus the middle of last week. He gave this review of his time with the Tigers:

Campbell also has taken official visits to Ohio State and Florida. This weekend he travels to Georgia, and the following weekend he’ll take his official visit to Texas A&M. And Campbell said he likely will return to Clemson for the All-In Cookout in late July.

Irmo SAF Nick Emmanwori (6-4 195) had planned to visit USC again Monday but rescheduled that visit for 3:00 PM on Wednesday. His family will join him. “I plan on getting one more good look at the city, tour the campus and do an academic meeting. That’s the plan.” Emmanwori landed an offer from the Gamecocks Friday after his camp performance. He is going to a camp at North Carolina this Saturday.
SAF Deuce Caldwell of Mauldin will take his official visit to North Carolina starting Tuesday. He will take an official visit to UCF June 25th. He camped at Clemson June 3rd and hasn’t heard anything since. And he’s not heard from USC but he’ll be there for a seven-on-seven June 24th. Caldwell said he’s hearing regularly from North Carolina, Baylor, West Virginia, UCF, Vanderbilt and Arkansas. All have offered.
2025 QB Gavin Owens (6-4 186) of Wren was offered by Kentucky.
2023 6-8 Gregory Jackson of Ridge View was offered by Tennessee.
