2nd ranked USC wasted no time dispatching Auburn Thursday night 77-58 clearing the way for the much anticipated showdown with Connecticut in Storrs Monday night. The Gamecocks bolted to a 17-3 lead and cruised from there to their 26th straight SEC regular season win. Zia Cooke led the Gamecocks with 17 points, all in the first half. Aliyah Boston added 14 points and 8 rebounds. The Gamecocks are 15-1 and 10-0 in the SEC.
