New USC football coach Shane Beamer considered Wednesdays National Signing Day a big success capping what he believes is a very good recruiting class. Beamer signed a pair of previously committed prospects in TJ Sanders and Kolby Fields, and added two others he had to recruit to the end in La’Dareyen Craig and Tavareon Martin-Scott. All totaled, the Gamecocks have 20 newcomers now, and 24 of their 25 spots in the ’21 class are filled.
It was reported by Gamecock Central late Wednesday afternoon that Beamer had hired former Tennessee running backs coach Montario Hardesty to be his new running backs coach. Hardesty most recently was the running backs coach at Charlotte. Beamer would not confirm that report but said the first time he offered the job to anyone was this morning.
It will take SCAR years to get over this recruiting class.
Johnny I think you should find another school to pull for.
