Clemson hopes to snap a three game losing streak Wednesday night against Louisville (Bart Boatwright/SIDELINE CAROLINA)

Clemson is riding a three game losing streak in which it has been outscored by 24 points per game. But going into this week, chances looked good for breaking the slide considering the Tigers were set to host Boston College Wednesday night. The Eagles are only 3-10 and tied for last in the ACC at 1-6. But Covid hit the BC program, so the Eagles are out and 25th ranked Louisville is in.

The Tigers and Cardinals were not scheduled to play until March 3rd. The Cardinals also had a game with BC postponed, so the ACC paired the Tigers and Cardinals for Wednesday night at 9:00 PM at Littlejohn. Clemson’s March 3rd opponent is to be determined.

This week Clemson coach Brad Brownell talked about dealing with a late opponent switch on the ACC Conference Call.
