Clemson’s Dabo Swinney and Ohio State’s Ryan Day are set to match wits for the second season in a row

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney and Ohio State head coach Ryan Day addressed the media in a conference setting for the final time before their teams meet in tomorrow’s Sugar Bowl as part of the College Football Playoff. Swinney answered multiple questions about how his staff is handling the absence of offensive coordinator Tony Elliott. Elliott did not make the trip with the team to New Orleans after testing positive for COVID-19. Swinney also discussed how his program has handled the shift from an underdog on the national stage to the role of favorite and Trevor Lawrence’s place in college football history.
