Clemson and Ohio State will faceoff again Friday night in the College Football Playoffs semi-final round. This will be the third meeting between the programs in this setting. Clemson won the first two and is favored to win this time as well. Though there has been an occasional verbal briquet tossed from one side to the other, there is immense respect between the programs. They recruit hard against one another, and play harder. This week Clemson coordinators Tony Elliott and Brent Venables and several players shared their thoughts on the matchup in Zoom sessions with the media.
