Coastal Carolina cracks AP top 10, #Clemson holds at #4

Coastal Carolina, the only 11-0 team in college football, is now a top 10 team. The Chants are ranked #9 in the AP poll released Sunday afternoon, a climb of two spots since last week. One voter ranked Coastal at #6 on his ballot this week. Its another all-time high FBS ranking for the Chants. Cincinnati is #6 and stands as the highest ranked team from the Group of 5 schools which earns a New Year’s Day 6 bowl berth. The Chants trail the Bearcats by 254 points. Clemson stays at #4 trailing Alabama, Notre Dame and Ohio State. Texas A&M is 5th.
