#Clemson using off week to get healthy, refocus on final three games (VIDEO)

Clemson will try to get Travis Etienne more running room against FSU than he found against Notre Dame (ACC Provided)

This, no doubt, is a strange week around the Clemson football program. The Tigers haven’t had to use a week in the regular season to recover from a loss since the 2017 season when they were defeated by Syracuse on October 13th. The Tigers had their 36 game regular season winning streak snapped last Saturday night in double-overtime at Notre Dame. They played without more front-line talent that Dabo Swinney would like to count, so this off week will give many of the walking wounded a chance to get healthy. It also will give the players a chance to get mentally focused understanding they still control their destiny when it comes to the ACC Championship and, in all likelihood, a spot in the College Football Playoffs. Earlier this week several players shared their thoughts with the media on the loss to the Irish and what’s ahead.
