
Clemson basketball target 6-8 Ian Schieffelin of Loganville, GA will announce his college decision tonight (Monday) at 6:30 PM. Schieffelin focused on a final five of Clemson, Dayton, Appalachian State, Virginia Tech and Richmond. He plans to put a commitment video out on Twitter and Instagram. Clemson has one commitment for the 2021 class in 6-3 Joshua Beadle of Cardinal Newman. Brad Brownell has four scholarships to use for the 2021 class.
2022 DE DJ Aiken of Bluffton was offered by Florida State, Georgia and Auburn late last week. He also has offers from Tennessee and Coastal Carolina.
Clemson and USC made the top 12 with 5-star OT Gunner Givens of Daleville, VA. The other’s making the cut were Virginia Tech, Georgia, Penn State, LSU, Auburn, Alabama, Florida State, North Carolina, Ohio State and Oklahoma.
USC offered 2022 LB Donovan Westmoreland (6-2 195) of Griffin, GA. Some of his other offers are Georgia, Louisville, Illinois, Georgia Tech, Tennessee and Akron.
Westside added a pair of 2022 prospects in 2021 SAF Marquis Grant and 2022 QB Pete Zamora (6-0 185) who transferred in from Deerfield Beach, FL. Grant has an offer from South Dakota, and Zamora has an offer from FAU plus interest from Stanford and Northwestern.
