WR Jalen Brooks became USC’s newest commitment Saturday. The native of Harrisburg, NC took a roundabout route to USC. He started his career in 2018 at Wingate. After two seasons, he transferred in January to Tarleton State in Texas. But Covid-19 and a family health issue led him to transfer back closer to home, and he landed with the Gamecocks. Monday night Brooks joined us on SportsTalk to share more details about how he’s gone from D-2 to the SEC.
