
Governor Jim Hodges served in South Carolina’s highest executive position from 1999-2003 and in the state’s House of Representatives from 1986-1997. Hodges joined SportsTalk to discuss the role, if any, state governments should play in ensuring state rivals meet on the field of play, why there is no law in place obligating Clemson and South Carolina to schedule each other, and how he would advise college campuses in handling their reopening procedures.
