Friday USC basketball coach Frank Martin landed his first commitment for the 2021 recruiting class in 6-4 scoring guard deluxe Devin Carter of Doral, FL. Carter averaged around 30 points per game each of the past two seasons and twice was named the Miami area player of the year. Here’s the son of former NBA guard and current Miami Heat Director of Player Development Anthony Carter. Carter will attend Brewster Academy in New Hampshire this season and will sign with the Gamecocks in November.
