#STRecruiting Notebook 3-11 (UPDATED)

Lovasea Carroll

RB Lovasea Carroll of IMG Academy has set an official visit with USC for April 3rd. He once was a Gamecock commitment. Carroll has had USC, Georgia, Auburn, Florida and Ohio State as his favorites. The native of Warrenton, GA committed to USC last May and decommitted in early September. At one point, the contact between the two had dropped off, but things heated back up in early January and Carroll put the Gamecocks back on his list. He missed most of last season with a shoulder injury. As a sophomore, he rushed for nearly 1500 yards and 9 touchdowns.

USC and Clemson target OL Micah Morris of Kingsland, GA plans to release his top 5 in the near future. Both were on his top 7 list along with Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, Florida and LSU. This year he has taken unofficial visits to USC, Georgia, Florida State and Florida. He has also visited Clemson. Morris is rated as a 4-star by the 247Sports composite and the #11 prospect in the state.

QB Kaidon Salter of Cedar Hill, TX will visit USC Wednesday. He was at Auburn Monday and Georgia Tech Tuesday. He’s scheduled to visit Tennessee Thursday. He visited Arkansas and Ole Miss earlier in the month. According to MaxPreps states, the last two seasons Salter passed for 2993 yards with 21 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

Dillon WR Ahmari Huggins-Bruce visited Clemson Monday. He also has visited USC, Tennessee, North Carolina and Wake Forest this recruiting season.

WR Joshua Burrell and DB Jordan Burrell of Blythewood visited Florida State over the weekend. They also picked up offers Monday from FAU.

2022 WR Zavier Short of Chapin was offered by Coastal Carolina.
