Head coach Dabo Swinney met with the media following Clemson’s fourth day of spring practice. Swinney gave his impressions of the Tigers, including newcomers on the offensive line and defense.
Running back Travis Etienne also answered questions for the first time since opting to return to the Tigers for his senior season. Etienne became Clemson’s all-time leader in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns at the end of last season, surpassing Raymond Priester and James Davis, respectively.
Will Spiers and B.T. Potter also met with the media. Spiers answered questions about being designated the “fourth arm” in the quarterback rotation. The Tigers needed another quarterback to run through the drills and Spiers, a punter by trade, received the honors.
