Dabo Swinney recaps Day 1 of #Clemson Spring (AUDIO)

Dabo Swinney is looking to get Clemson back to the College Football Playoff for a sixth consecutive season.

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney addressed the media, Wednesday, following the Tigers first day of spring practice. Swinney covered a variety of topics including updates on the health of various players. Safety Nolan Turner will miss all of spring drills after undergoing shoulder surgery but should return for summer camp. Defensive back Andrew Booth underwent a “knee scope” over the winter and defensive tackle Bryan Bresee suffered a knee sprain.

Swinney also talked about the areas where he’d like to see his team improve over the spring, why he doesn’t want to see the ACC adopt the new transfer rule allowing a one-time transfer without penalty and the potential of some young players including quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei.
