Clemson safety Isaiah Simmons answers questions at Monday’s media day

Clemson and LSU are a week away from their national championship game meeting in New Orleans. Clemson will be out to become the first team in the playoff era to win back to back championships. And a victory would give Clemson 30 straight wins, 17 away from Oklahoma’s major college record of 47. Oddsmakers made top ranked LSU a 5.5 point favorite over 3rd ranked Clemson in a matchup of two of the most prolific offenses in college football.

Monday Clemson held a media day inside the practice facility making available every starting player. Clemson will arrive in New Orleans Friday afternoon and will face the media again Saturday morning. The head coaches will have one final media session Sunday morning.
