Two days removed from the thrilling come from behind win over Ohio State in the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl, the Clemson football team is a bit tired and sore, but also excited about a fourth trip to the national championship game in five years. Monday afternoon the game’s MVPs, Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence and linebacker Chad Smith, along with head coach Dabo Swinney, participated in a pair of conference calls staged by the College Football Playoff. The Tigers will have a couple of days off this week before beginning their heavy prep for LSU whom they will play January 13th in New Orleans.

I never thought the Tigers were babies but after seeing Lawrence’s fake injury from a NON targeting penalty and then Higgins go out just because his helmet came off, I can only conclude that they have some babies playing for them.
