Select Clemson players met with the media this week ahead of the Tigers’ game with Wofford. The players were in high spirits, following what head coach Dabo Swinney described as the team’s “most complete game of the season.” The players shared stories about offensive line coach Robbie Caldwell dancing in the locker room and why Ben Batson took a snap at quarterback wearing no. 92. Tremayne Anchrum, named ACC Offensive Lineman of the Week for his efforts in the 59-7 win over the Eagles, said Robbie Caldwell is “an older guy, but he can bust a move when he wants to.”

There is plenty of reason for the Tigers to feel good about themselves heading into November. Winners of 23 consecutive games, Clemson outgained Boston College by 497 yards and ran its record to 8-0 in front of a homecoming crowd of 81,081. The timing is also right. The Tigers are playing their best football just ahead of the release of the first College Football Playoff Rankings Nov. 5th.

Clemson will play host to FCS level Wofford at 4 p.m., Saturday. The Tigers return to ACC play Nov. 9th at NC State.
