2021 OL Amarius Mims of Cochran, GA, 2021 LB Deontae Lawson of Mobile, AL and 2021 QB Colten Gauthier of Dacula, GA plan to visit Clemson Saturday.

2021 OL Prestin Hawkins of Indian Land plans to visit Duke this weekend. He’s also drawing interest from USC and plans to visit there in a couple of weeks.

2021 Sumter DE Justus Boone was offered by Charlotte. He also has a USC offer.

USC offered 2021 LB Damon Owens of Brentwood, TN.

6-8 Ja’Von Benson of Ridge View took an official visit to the College of Charleston last weekend. He is scheduled for an official visit to USC this coming weekend. Benson said he is not going to comment publicly about his recruiting until he’s ready to make his decision. Some of his other offers are Ohio, Indiana State, UNC-Wilmington, Winthrop, Murray State, Presbyterian, Upstate, SC State and East Tennessee State.

2021 6-5 Bryce McGowens, formerly of Wren and now at Lincoln Academy in Winston-Salem, took an unofficial visit to Wake Forest over the weekend.
