Mike White is going into his 5th season as head coach at Benedict College and last year’s 6-3 record, following a 7-2 mark in 2017, gave the school its first back-to-back winning season since restarting football in 1995. The Tigers had one of the stingiest defenses in Division Two last season and figure to be tough again. If the offense can improve in the passing game, White feels they’ll be dangerous on that side of the ball as well.
