Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher

Don’t look now but Jimbo Fisher has Texas A&M on the fasttrack to national prominence again. One year after his nasty departure from Florida State, Fisher flashed his coaching skills once again guiding the Aggies to a 9-4 record, 5-3 in the SEC, and a win over NC State in the Gator Bowl. The Aggies won their last four games and are being projected as a top 12 team for this coming season. Football fans in South Carolina will get a double-dose of the Aggies again this season. Last year they lost at home to Clemson 28-26 and won at USC 26-23. This season they will play at Clemson September 7th and will host the Gamecocks November 16th.
