RB Jerrion Ealy of Jackson, MS told Chad Simmons of Rivals at the Under Armour game he will take an official visit to Clemson January 11th and one to Ole Miss two weeks later. He’s taken an official to Mississippi State. Those are his three unless he visits Southern Cal. Ealy has been committed to Ole Miss. He’s also a highly regarded baseball prospect and projected as a high first round pick this summer.
The top two high school football all-star games in the country will be played this week and there will be several Clemson and USC signees and targets in the games. First up will be the Under Armour All-American Game in Orlando January 3rd at 6:00 PM on ESPN2. And on January 5th in San Antonio it’s the All-American Bowl on NBC with a 1:00 PM kickoff.
Clemson signees who will be in Orlando are CB Andrew Booth, DL Tyler Davis, CB Sheridan Jones and LB Bryton Constantin. Clemson target RB Jerrion Ealy also is in the game.
USC’s signee in the game will be DE Zacch Pickens. USC targets CB Shilo Sanders, whose dad Deion Sanders is one of the coaches, and DL Jaquaze Sorrells also are in the game.
Clemson signees who will be in San Antonio are OL Will Putnam, LB Kane Patterson, WR Joseph Ngata, RB Chez Mellusi and WR Frank Ladson. USC signees in the game will be CB Cam Smith and QB Ryan Hilinski. USC target CB Chris Steele also will be in the game.
A source who has been in contact with Steele said last week it still looks like USC and Florida as the top two in his mind. Oregon also has made a strong push lately. Steele did not sign earlier this month and will announce his decision during Saturday’s game.
2020 QB DJ Uiagalelei of Bellflower, CA plans to announce a top 7 on Monday. He’s visited Clemson twice and the Tigers are a lock for that list. Oregon, Alabama, Auburn, Oklahoma and LSU are others he’s mentioned prominently in the past.
2020 OL Seth McLaughlin of Buford, GA, who has Clemson and USC offers, plans to release his top five soon.
USC and Clemson target 2020 WR ZeVian Capers of Alpharetta, GA will release his top schools on January 1st.
Clemson offered 2020 5-11 PG Deivon Smith of Loganville, GA. He also has offers from Wichita State, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech and others.
