The Clemson Tigers held their penultimate practice of Fall Camp on Monday, as they start to transition into preparations for their opening game against Furman.
The Tigers took Saturday and Sunday off, a rarity for Head Coach Dabo Swinney in his career. He said last Thursday he believed the time was necessary to heal some bodies after 17 straight days of work.
The respite seemed to pay off, as the injury report included just two reserves, WR Will Brown (recovering from a torn hamstring) and CB Cameron Scott (abdomen issue).
Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney said he and his staff will meet on Wednesday to set the depth chart for the season while the players attend their first day of school. Swinney plans to have that depth chart, which will include the starter at quarterback, released on Monday.
The players will have 48 hours off their feet as they will have a meetings day on Thursday before their first Furman game prep practice on Friday.
