The Clemson Tigers announced Donte Grantham’s collegiate career has come to an end as a result of a torn ACL he suffered Saturday.
Grantham went down with 10:29 remaining in Clemson’s win over Notre Dame on a drive to the hoop, and did not return to the game.
The senior from West Virginia has exhausted his eligibility beyond this season, and leaves Clemson without its second-leading scorer and rebounder.
The Tigers used Aamir Simms, Mark Donnal and David Stars to replace him in the frontcourt.
Clemson plays next on Tuesday at Virginia at 7 PM.
