The Clemson Tigers are the latest team to add a charity exhibition basketball game to their schedule, welcoming Tennessee in for a contest on Sunday, November 5th at 12:30 PM inside Littlejohn Coliseum.
Clemson will not charge an admission for the game, but fans who attend will be asked to donate to help the Salvation Army’s hurricane relief fund centered in Florida and Texas.
Tennessee’s team, coached by former Texas Head Coach Rick Barnes, went 16-16 last year and was picked to finish 13th in the SEC preseason media poll.
The game will be played as part of a doubleheader with the women’s team, who will play Belmont Abbey at 5 PM.
Clemson’s exhibition season kicks off Thursday with an exhibition game against Augusta University in advance of their season opener November 10th when the Tigers host Western Carolina.
