Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney said Kelly Bryant came in to the football training facility a little sore, but was moving around well after missing most of the second half Saturday.
Swinney said he believes Bryant will practice at some point this week, despite being limited in Sunday night’s practice, and that if he cannot go Friday, they will move to the next man up.
After measuring the film from Saturday, Swinney liked what both backup quarterbacks brought to the table, but would not elaborate on what his plan will be if Bryant can’t go.
The Clemson coaching staff said the Tigers’ offensive line played well and the team continues to “enjoy the ride” with how they have continued to win.
Swinney defended his substitution practices with his defensive players, saying “If fans get tired of winning, that’s their problem. I’m just trying to win a game.”
