The Clemson Tigers dominated the Demon Deacons at Memorial Stadium
this afternoon 38-3. It was a complete performance by the offense, defense, and special teams today and CJ Spiller continued his streak of scoring a touchdown on a play of 60 or more yards with a 66-yard scamper in the second quarter. He has done so in every game this season.
After alleged in-fighting amongst the coaches and players during the last two weeks of practice and concerns of whether first year Head Coach Dabo Swinney was in over his head, the Tigers proved they were “all in”…the end zone, that is. There was orange in the end zone five times today with CJ Spiller touching pay dirt twice. QB Kyle Parker threw for one and rushed for one and Jamie Harper added another to send the Tiger faithful home feeling better about their squad.
The Tigers improve to 3-3 overall and 2-2 in the ACC.
