USC defensive back C.C. Whitlock was found innocent today of a trespassing charge stemming from an incident at Chester night club last month. Apparently the security at the club thought Whitlock was somebody else the night they accused him of trespassing.
This verdict likely means Whitlock will be back on the team when fall camp opens later this summer. That could be good news for Carolina because they have a lot of depth issues in the secondary. It could also be bad news because Whitlock has been in and out of trouble his entire Gamecock career. Some coaches may be wondering when the next incident is going to crop up.
