Herschel Walker was at Sanford Stadium in Athens Saturday night.  No, he didn’t slip into a #3 red jersey and rush for 198 yards and 3 touchdowns, and return a kickoff 100 yards for another score.  That, indeed, was Todd Gurley who did his best to overshadow perhaps the greatest Bulldog of all time in his presence.

The Bulldogs broke open a 3 point game in the fourth quarter with 21 unanswered points and beat Clemson 45-21  in the season opener at Sanford Stadium.  It’s the first time the Tigers have lost their opening game under Dabo Swinney.
