One of our favorite times of the year, and more tumultuous for respective fanbases, is right around the corner. National Signing Day is just a little more than a week away. Some of the best prep prospects in America will put pen to paper and declare their intent to play their college football at the school of their choosing on Wednesday, February 5th.
Tonight we welcomed USC linebacker commit Bryson Allen-Williams of Cedar Grove Georgia back into SportsTalk to update his recruiting.
Allen-Williams has been committed to the Gamecocks since April, but recently took a trip to Tuscaloosa to take a look at the Crimson Tide program, and is heading to Athens this coming weekend to visit UGA.
Allen-Williams has been quite possibly the biggest ambassador for the Gamecock program this recruiting cycle, but some speculation started to swirl concerning second thoughts following his trip to Alabama.
Tonight we addressed all those concerns with him, and also got his thoughts on how USC will finish up with the 2014 class, including the Gamecocks chances with good friend Wesley Green on signing day.
