Baseball America named Clemson’s Bradley LeCroy one of the top ten assistant coaches in the country. LeCroy was ranked ninth on the list released Thursday. You can read the entire list here, but here is an excerpt of what the piece said about LeCroy:
“He’s an outstanding recruiter – outstanding,” said one National League Scouting Crosschecker. “He’s got a lot of that Chad Holbrook in him. He’s a tireless recruiter, and he’s good at it, he’s good at what he does. LeCroy is a recruiter phenomenon, which is going to get him to that next level.”
LeCroy is a former Tigers player and has spent the past two seasons on Jack Leggett’s staff. He is the team’s recruiting coordinator and has helped land highly touted classes in each of his first two seasons on the staff. LeCroy has also worked on the coaching staffs at Western Carolina and Tennessee before returning to his alma matter.
