South Carolina Shrine Bowl coach Ray Stackley joined Phil and the crew on SportsTalk tonight to talk about the progress the team is making. The Shrine Bowl, which will be held Saturday at Gibbs Stadium at Wofford, matches North Carolina high school senior football stars against those from South Carolina. Stackley has been the head coach at Stratford for 27 years, and talked about the challenges of coaching a team that hasn’t played together before, as well as what fans can expect to see from his team.
