ACC honors Tajh Boyd again, Brandon Thomas also recognized

Tajh Boyd scored six first half touchdowns against Duke, five passing and one running

Clemson junior quarterback Tajh Boyd is the ACC Offensive Back of the Week following his 344 yard, five touchdown passing night at Duke over the weekend. Boyd tossed all five of his TD passes in the first half, the second time in two games he’s thrown five TDs in the first 30 minutes. Boyd also ran for a score in the first half against the Blue Devils. He finished the game with 416 yards of total offense.

Tiger junior Brandon Thomas earned Offensive Lineman of the Week honors. Thomas graded out at 95 percent and had five knockdown blocks against Duke. Clemson rushed for 334 yards against the Blue Devils and they finished with 718 yards of total offense, the biggest total for any ACC team this season and the second most in Clemson history.
