USC moves up in all three major baseball polls

Things are coming together at the right time for USC

USC’s 11 game SEC win streak is resulting in a steady accent in the latest college baseball polls.

USC (33-11) is up to third in this week’s ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll. Florida State is the top team, followed by Baylor. Last week the coaches had USC ranked fourth.

Baseball America has the Gamecocks fifth this week, up two spots from a week ago. Florida State, Kentucky, Baylor and LSU are the four teams in front of them.

Collegiate Baseball moved USC up three spots to fourth in its latest ranking. Baylor is the top team in that poll, with Florida State and Kentucky holding the second and third spots respectively.

Coastal Carolina also cracked this week’s Collegiate Baseball poll. Last week the Chanticleers won at Clemson and swept Liberty. They are 30-13 and ranked 24th in the poll.
