The South Carolina Gamecocks football team held their fourth practice of the spring on Tuesday to continue their preparation towards the fall and their annual Garnet and Black Spring Game, which will be held at Williams-Brice Stadium on April 14. A few coaches and players were available to talk to the media, including Jadeveon Clowney, defensive coordinator Lorenzo Ward, linebacker coach Kirk Botkin, and defensive line coach Brad Lawing.
Several players were unable to participate in practice due to injury, including center T.J. Johnson, tight end Rory Anderson, cornerbacks Ahmad Christian and Cadarious Sanders, and linebacker Quin Smith.
