Stephen Garcia still has NFL dreams
Former USC quarterback Stephen Garcia did another interview recently, talking to Scout NFL reporter Aaron Wilson. Garcia is still training for the NFL and trying to shake his reputation as an off the field liability because of his troubled Gamecock career. Among other things, Garcia said he wants to “prove he’s not an alcoholic”.
Garcia was suspended five different times during his USC career. The final straw came when he failed a substance test during the season. He was dismissed from the team in October.
Garcia will be back in Columbia for USC’s Pro Day on March 28th.
